MP3 Ringers on sprint

Does anyone know if the Sanyo SCP-8100 can use MP3 ringers like the motorola V400 does?

www.3gupload.com has a how to on how to convert mp3 to qcp(the file the phones use) and the site will provide a free upload to your phone!
