If I wanted to upgrade to new equipment as a existing customer is there any sort of processing fees involved or upgrade fees? Any feedback would be great. Thanks

To just upgrade you would be subject to an activation fee of $36. If you agree to sign a 2 yr agreement sprint will usually waive that. If you have had your old phone for over 18 monthes you would be eligible for the new upgrade program which would give you a mail in rebate similiar to the ones new customers get, and there would be no activation fee, to get the rebate you would need to sign either a 1 or 2 yr agreement.

hope that helps

if you do not want to sign a new agreement then just pay full price for the phone. there are no hiden fees or charges no 36$ fee that you have to pay there used to be but sprint did away with that back in january
