I called the TeleSales department and the woman I spoke to said she could waive the activation fees and sign me up for the employer discount. She also said she would call me at 11 this morning....that never happened so I'm not sure what to believe. Instead of waiting for an expected phone call, and then another wait to recieve the phone via mail, I went into a local store to get one. The guy who helped me only asked for the employer discount, not the credit union one. If I called in, do you think they would waive the activation fees because that's what I was originally told over the phone?
