It is called an ASL (account spending limit) it is for $150. Sprint will not allow the monthly bill to get above 150 per line, and there is a charge of 4.99 for this, but Sprint will waive this monthly fee when the customer sets up automatic payment thru Sprint.com ... it is used to push the automatic payment
