I'm by no means bagging on Sprint. I had them for a long time, and I used to work for them as a dealer. The information I'm trying to get I can't even obtain for my own account from any representatives. If the information is proprietary property, as a previous poster mentioned, then shouldn't I be able to obtain it for my own purposes? Even if I can't obtain the information for our customers, I'm hoping to be able to instruct them on how to get it themselves so they can use their own voicemail with TrapCall.
