Attention Sprint Reps: Help Required

by HymiePie    Nov 10, 2011, 10:50 PM

Hello to one and all. I work for a company called TelTech, who owns and runs one of the most popular and effective security programs for mobile devices called TrapCall. TrapCall allows users to unmask blocked, private, withheld, and hidden phone numbers that call their phones. We, however, have been having a long struggle with Sprint. Our service works off of Conditional Call Forwarding. Because of this process, we must manually send calls to customers' Voicemail boxes if they choose to use them. We requested this Voicemail access information from Verizon, at&t, and t-mobile, who provided it without a problem. Sprint, however, is the only carrier that either refuses to give us the needed information, or simply has no clue what it is. Because of this lack of information, all Sprint customers that want to use TrapCall on their devices are forced to use a 3rd party Voicemail service, making it very inconvenient for both them and us. Upon requesting this information from Sprint Customer Support, Technical Support, and Supervisors, I always receive a different answer, all of which are wrong and do not work. This is my question to any Sprint Representatives:

How do I get the back-door Voicemail number to leave someone a Voicemail without ringing the phone?
