yes if avalaible on roaming carriers tower. you are alloted 300MB of data roaming if on one of sprints everything data plans

What do you mean "if available on a carriers tower" ? I thought Sprint roamed only on Verizon?

verizon also has analog alltel towers, and us cellular has CDMA towers...most should yes

All the analog Alltel towers were taken offline in 2008. Everything is digital now.
