I've been with Sprint since the HTC Evo, but their customer service SUCKS...and now the coverage is getting worse. Several people that I know in my area; the small city of LOS ANGELES, have shared similar problems. Sprint coverage is getting worse!!!

You have been with them since the EVO...wow...a true OG (just joking...and I am not sure if you will get the reference or not)

Anyway, if you do not like Sprint, you should leave. I do have a general question though. Why is it when someone is fed up with a carrier and wants to go to another one, it has to be announced on phonescoop? Because, honestly, my natural response is "...um...ok...". Is there a certain satisfaction that a person receives by telling the rest of the people on phonescoop, that they are leaving a particular carrier?

I wanna say it's from a Tool song, one I really like, but I have a feeling you mean something else.

Yeah OG means original gangsta...I used it not in reference to the EVO but to the customer, who said s/he was there since the EVO. I was just making a joke about how that is not really a long time (kind of like saying, "I am a long time VZ customer, and have been here since the Droid was released"). But it is only a joke; just being silly.

Thanks for the advice. I think it was clearly stated that I am leaving. And I didn't mean to indicate I have been with Sprint for a long time, but in such a SHORT time it has gone DOWN hill and the customer service is horrible. I pay a lot for service and would expect a little courtesy.

I am simply letting others, who may be thinking of switching to Sprint, that they may want to re-think that decision.

Uhh... AT&T is way more expensive.

I am on AT&T only because they have the iPhone 4 and I don't like Verizon. As soon as Sprint get's an iPhone I will be switching back. Even the new Windows 7 Phones are almost enough to draw me back to Sprint.

I am not sure what kind of CS issues you are having but unless you are being an idiot to the reps it shouldn't be hard to get fixed. I worked there for a long time in the store and most of the time had to call in to the same people as anyone else to get crap fixed for customers... and sometimes it was an effort but always fixable.

That's too bad...I've had a surprisingly great experience so far w/ Sprint here in Chicago, far better network experience than ATT and even better than VZW. Didn't know what to expect when I signed up last month, was afraid to give up the famed "reliability" of VZW but things are just fine without big red. I've had 2 minor CS issues with Sprint (port in and adding corp discount) and both times the reps were awesome.

ATT was a nightmare in terms of network and CS, tried that a few months ago. Good luck with that!

I had AT&T when I lived in Chicago and they have the worst network there, I had so many problems with dropped calls and poor call quality. Verizon wasn't much better either in terms of coverage, and their coverage maps do not include dead zones. T-Mobile was better, but Sprint was the best. I had the Nextel side and the CDMA side and both of Sprint's networks have the best coverage in Chicago

Good luck with AT&T...I love Sprint and have had no major issues in 9 years of service.

We have AT&T for our work phones and we hate them. My boss is obessed with the IPhone so that's what he got. We get voicemails without missing a call(it didn't ring). We drop calls daily...We are based in a major city as well...
