It does seem that Sprint has completely squandered their first-to-market advantage, as they have slowed the pace of lighting up WiMax. 
It sure seems as though both Verizon and T-Mobile are both lighting up their "4G" networks at a faster pace than Sprint is building out WiMax.
Another opportunity that Sprint had in its hands but let it get away.
