MMS delivery question

Ok my only experience with this was with the Epic 4G. I don't know what if any other handsets act this way, hence why I'm asking.

It's known that Sprint's MMS delivery comes through their network and if an Android device is connected to Wi-Fi an MMS won't come through until you turn off Wi-Fi.

What about Blackberries, do they act the same way?
I've used Blackberries on all other carriers and they all receive MMS just fine while connected to Wi-Fi.

I ask cause on top of Blackberries I've used Android devices on other carriers and they all received MMS just fine while hooked up to Wi-Fi. Which leads me to believe it's something to do with Sprint's MMS delivery system.

Check it out. It may also have been just a Samsung issue.
I'm still wondering though.
