When customer's always ask for device opinions, its best to just report facts about a device and advise the customer to go get a feel for the device and check specifics for themselves; what is acceptable for me, may not be acceptable for others.
This way, you dont give the customer a cop out to pass the blame, "well the CS Rep recommended this phone to me!"
