So done with Sprint.

by DarkStar    Nov 4, 2010, 10:34 PM

So here is my story. I work at Bestbuy Mobile and have an employee plan that I have had for years ever since working at RadioShack. I wanted the Epic 4G really badly so the day it came out I went out and bought it at full retail price because I believed my sprint rep could get the phone on my account. Turns out he could not so when I got to work I decided to use SNAP and create an account for me to have for 30 days.

So on the 30th day I called to canceled but I called at 10 at night Pacific time so Sprint was closed. So I called the next day and they said I was too late to not be charged the early termination fee. Then he said if they can prove that I bought the phone for retail price that they may be able to cancel the account. So they attempt to call the sprint store but its too early in the morning for that so they said they will call later and call me back. Of course they never call me back.

So call back a couple days later and they told me they wont help me. So I called someone else and they told me to go back to the sprint store they can fax over the reciept. So I did and the guy faxed over the receipt. I call the next day and they said they can't read the fax. So I fax it over again but she gave me the wrong number. So I call back and they tell me they will never waive the ETF.

So I email good ol' Dan Hesse and someone from his office calls and told me in much nicer words to basically f' off and that I will owe Sprint forever.

So I am now on the warpath and will cost Sprint as many customers as I possibly can.
