Assistant Managers
I asked a similar question before and I have a few more 🙂
1. A kiosk in a busy mall , is that corporate kiosk? I know radioshacks are not etc , but just curious
2. In a kiosk what pay range would an Assistant Managers base be and how is comissions paid ? montly bi weekly?
3. If the Sprint Kiosk is not corporate , can you transfer to a corp store down the road?

1. no clue whether or not that is corporate, but most kiosks are not busy enough for ASMs
2.ive seen ASMs make $12-$17 per hour plus comm which is paid monthly.

any kiosk in a mall will not have an ASM if it is a corp store. As kiosks would result in a C store. ASM's are only available for A stores. For an ASM at corporate you could make a range of money depending how long you have worked for the company. 3rd party kiosks are not part of corporate stores and they aren't interchangeable and you will not just be able to transfer. At a corporate store commissions work every month. You do not want to work at a 3rd party. I would apply for a job at a corporate store because you will make more

Uh, there are a lot of very good 3rd party stores. Yes I have worked for some bad ones, but Sprint is recognizing those poor ones. I'm at a Exclusive Sprint sales and repair center and it's very very simular to a corporate store. We have the same titles, pay, and it's a whole lot more flexable than working directly for Sprint. I don't have as many benefits for friends and family, but I still help them in my own way.

Sprint Sold all of it Mall Corporate Kiosks 126 of them to a company name Enhanced Wireless in April of 2007, that company went out of business in May of 2008.
Sprint no longer operates any corporate kiosks in Malls. Radio Shack joint venture with Sprint is the largest Kissk operator. Odds are if it has a bubble type display case and a Flat Panel monitor it is The Sprint/Radio JV.
Sprint does still own a few Mall inline stores. so good luck.

LOL! I wish i could agree with you but this is from 4 years of wireless experiance. I worked for wireless giant for like 5 months. It sucked. Commission is horrible, pay was horrible, we only made comm on phones and nothing else. No benefits. NO cell service. Those lovely "sprint" dealers you are referring to are the worst of all. ALL indirect dealers are shady. I have seen nothing but problems on top of problems. Its horrible. I cant tell you how many problems i see from 3rd party stores.

Well i wouldnt say ALL 3rd party dealers are bad. I work in a Corporate Full Service center, and the guys around our corner do a pretty good job. The only thing that REALLy digs my skin is whenever they mess up on a plan they always say to go to the corporate store to do a 30 day exchange that is at its 50th day. They think we work miracles just because were corporate. ReadyNow! I help whoever I can no matter what the issue is. Its just irritating that they cant solve the problems they started. Other than that the ones at our local mall were HORRIBLE. if only you knew what they would do with the Spanish market and deposits...it was awful. All in all im glad ReadyNow is at most locations including 3rd party dealers!!

Listen, Wireless Giant does not own all 3rd party Sprint stores. I use to open Kiosk for them called MyMobil, they shafted me $2k. But I work for another one just down the road and I can say that I like it so much, I might just stay here for a few more years.
