So I keep track of my online account very closely. Watch bills, check upgrade elig, etc...
I've been elig for a $150 discount off phones for a while now, and am holding out for the Palm Pre 😁
Here's the problem. I logged into my online account today and it says now I'm only elig for a $75 discount!!!!?
Nothing else has changed on the account, not even the balance since the last time I checked it. I don't get it, they just decide to give us less of a discount?

Maybe you were a Premier accountholder at one time, and they demoted you? 😕

Yeah I noticed the things that all said Premier all around there are gone now too.
Why would they "demote" someone when no changes have been made to the account?

They can/will demote you for late payments or changing to a lower priced plan that doesn't qualify for premier.

See that's what I figured, which is why I'm really confused, cuz I've got the simply everything, just like I always have and currently have a credit from a deposit return... So very confusing.

LOLZ, they REALLY want you to ait for the Pre.

but seriously, any intelligent store rep will be able to very the last time you received a discount on a device and get it approved by manager. just go to a corporate store.

You don't have to go to a corperate store, I'd reccomend any "Ready Now" Store.

i would say go to a corporate store because most of us retailers cant change upgrade discounts like that. i doubt being ready now would change that. well it wouldnt if they still use SNAP.
