and on track to lose a million plus more customers! good job sprint you aren't skipping a beat! Time to fire Dan Hesse he's the only CEO that has lost over a million customer quarter after quarter! And enough of those stupid black and white commercials they're horrible and say nothing about the true advantages of Sprint! Geez fire the advertising dept too. And change your damn name Sprint is the laughingstocke of the entire wireless world.

It's easy to say Sprint came in last again and not contribute anything new or helpful. But what you fail to mention is that Sprint's score increased like 50 percent since the last JD power rankings. So they are definitely moving in the right direction, and at that pace it wont be long before they aren't last anymore. I can submitt the proof later if you want, when im not behind a firewall.

Doesn't matter to cell... he is just the Sprint toll that thinks it is sooo cool and fun to rip on sprint. Pretty sad really. When you see his name just ignore it so he will stop posting.

Re-read what I said. I did not dispute his link post just his opinions of sprint and how he will only post to gain attention.

I did not dispute his facts either, or claim he was lying. My point was that if he truly wanted to inform people he would present all of the information. But he doesn't, he chooses to slant the facts and only use those bits of information that supports his claim. When somebody actually has all of the data, its not so black and white. Which is why I made my point, that what was significant about the article is not that Sprint is in last again, it's the obvious improvements being made.

Hey I like sprint and use nextel everyday, when they stop bleeding a million + customers every three months while the other carriers are adding, then only THEN will it be obvious that improvements are being MADE. If you choose to prance around taking what little silver lining there is and have a bbq with it, so be it.

You're like a broken record get some new material. I'm tired of this same ol' song. Why don't you try posting on E Harmony. Maybe you'll find a lady friend to heal your Sprint wounds.

In a better choice of words.

My question is this: who cares what JD Power says? They are consistently wrong on almost every single user poll they conduct.

Does anyone remember the year they rated

What can we say about the people who have left this forum based on your negative, and mostly unsupported fact? Yes people left, it's what half your post say. You are the bain of this forum and you should decide one way or the other.

You love your DC, but laugh at how many people leave because no one uses it. Feeling lonely yet? Or is that why to try to appeal to people here? Must suck when no one responds to you on AIM huh? 🤭

Cellenator I too am very confused you have actually come after me in a few of these forums and I am 100% for NEXTEL. I took it as you didn't like NEXTEL and you were just a DERIZON mark. I have been a LOYAL NEXTEL customer for 6 yrs now. In addition my Cell Service actually has gotten better since the Sprint merger. There were a number of issues with the IDEN network at my home base that NEXTEL refused to fix until the whole merger was finally settled. AS far as customer service from Sprint goes, I wouldn't know. When I need service on my Phone I go to a legacy store and have always received stellar service. However, if you keep bashing the head of the company that is keeping you alive, you exacerbate the problem and are helping DERIZON (the...

I know who you are you have a little temper problem 😉 I think you hate verizon more than I hate sprint.

https://www.phonescoop.com/carriers/forum.php?fm=m&f ... »

I will grant you that service has improved, that was the whole point of the merger. Sprint was able to greatly improve their native footprint just by using the thousands and thousands of Nextel cell sites nationwide to add CDMA to (synergy sites). It has worked beautifully in many markets.
That doesn't change the FACTS...When a company loses 1,000,000+ customers quarter after quarter with no end in sight, there's something seriously wrong with them especially when the people leaving go to other more expensive carriers. That says a LOT about a company. Sprint ha...

Well there is the difference between you and I. I would never use a product from a company that so blatantly lies to consumers. I am a loyal Nextel user and as such I have moved my family to Sprint. It was because of Katrina that I moved them from another carrier but not and never will be Verizon. I don't like the fact that Verizon uses misleading and untruthful ads. I actually had a verizon store owner that was a friend of mine tell me that sprint would be bankrupt in one year. Well Sprint is still here and he isn't. So let the verizon marks continue to conjure up all the bullshit that they want. Sprint is getting better and will continue to. When you have a merger of the magnitude that went down with Sprint/Nextel you should expect that so...

What I said was that he told me that Sprint would be bankrupt in one year and here we are 1 and a half year later and Sprint is still here and he is not. He decided that it was better to be dead then be wrong.

I consider the fact that I have a job to be a good thing. a lot of people I graduated with (no matter what school) are out of work, or working at placed like Pizza hut with a degree. In case you haven't noticed, the job market is rather tight at the moment.

Considering my degree is in business/marketing and I am working for a very large business doing sales, this job gives me the experience I'll need to get a different job.

Because customers put stock in those "unscientific " results. which is why most major companies used these results as selling points (and sprint would as well if they scored highly on it... you know they would).

When the legend becomes fact, you print the legend.

And good prepay coverage doesn't equate to good post pay coverage.

Sprint's coverage and Virgin Mobile's coverage are exactly the same because Virgin mobile uses Sprint's network exclusively.

In the past, Virgin mobile beat out Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile: all of the same companies and networks Sprint lost to. Companies that actually offer WAY better coverage to their prepay customers because their networks offer roaming

Unfortuantely, I have no control over what people believe in and what they don't. All I can do is point out why something is or isn't a valid way of measuring things when the subject comes up.

I'd rather cheer for a thriving company than bash a struggling company. Why bring to the attention of everyone that Sprint ranked last with JD Power and Associates? If we wanted to know, we'd go look it up ourselves.

You want Dan Hesse to be fired and it seems as though you would love to see Sprint collapse and go out of business altogether. To me, that's like saying "I told you so" to the thousands of Sprint employees who would be unemployed. I know a significant amount of people who are jobless due to the poor economy and it sucks. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel as though the steady improvements being made would seem much greater if our economy was in better shape.

There's too much focus on negative in this world. At least that's how I ...
