Did you have contacts transfered in a store or service center? If so, that may have goofed your phone. The contacts have to be transfererred using bluetooth, not a Cellbrite Machine. There is a software conflict that goofs up the Lotus's ability to assign ringers after connecting to a Cellbrite.
