From what I have heard they are having trouble with the phone Software and the CDMA interacting correctly. In initial tests the phone would not maintain a connection or something like that. Sounds kind of fishy seeing that Verizon uses CDMA and they have had the phone available for some time. Then again I don't know a great deal and could be completely wrong on all accounts.

I have heard they will have it before the end of the year and I have heard that they will never have it.
