telesales and care
and I'm having a headache right now.We are having a 3-days training because we are now going to be telesales-customer care.So now we can accept payments,esn swap etc.The reason for this program is to lessen transfer calls. 🙂

That's nothing. Retail does all of that anyway, whatever the systems let us anyway.

yeah seriously... try being in retail stores... we have to be face to face with the customer and they don't leave until we fix it.. we are customer service, sales, retention, a shoulder to cry on, tech support, finance.....the only time we have to call in to do something is when our system goes down... Atleast you guys dont have to deal with customers face to face and get threatened! 🤣

so you guys mean that you dont have yo transfer the call to telesales and process then all by yourselves 😳

I work in White Glove customer care, and never transfer any orders to telesales. I process my own orders through FDT and get all the spoils that come with the sale.
