Can a Sprint employee please clarify if you can use the SERO plan with the Instinct. I have heard so much conflicting information on this.

Thanks in advance!

to my knowledge, the ONLY plans that work for the instinct are the everything plans.

so if you have SERO and want the instinct, enjoy your SERO until the 20th, then eh... give it a viking burial.

From my understanding, SERO will not be a plan to chose from, for the Samsung Instinct. Only the Simply Everything, individual or shared plans, and Advantage plans should be active on the Instinct. Will see on the 20th.

i wouldnt see why not, the only reason they want ppl to get one of the everything plans is because they want to make sure ppl have the data and texting all included. it was said that this phone is so cool that getting it without those features would only have you using it one day and incurring very high overages. so to combat that it is reccommended that they have everything to begin with. as far as i know unlimited internet and txt already come with the SERO plan so i wouldnt see the need for change. 😕

Instinct will NOT be avaliable for SERO.
Advantage club and EDRP are fine. It WILL work for SERO if theyre under the $99 Simply Everything on the SERO account. Employees punch in Instinct in your browser, Then under "Ask A Question" you'll see Latest Q&A. Read question number 1 😉

I would imagine that SERO would have it, since its the same thing as advantage just double the price from $15 to $30
But hey, guess thats the qay the cookie crumbles. Sucks..

Thanks for the info dudes and dudettes. I refuse to change my plan so I guess I will have to weigh all my other options. I am not going to pay 20 bucks more and get substantially less. Once again, thanks 🙂

Ok, here goes. No, you cannot activate an Instinct on a SERO plan. Not only can you NOT activate an Instinct on a SERO plan, but current SERO customers who want the Instinct must switch to the Simply Everything plan. Regular consumers can pick any of the Everything individual or shared plans. SERO customers will have to upgrade to Simply Everything. No, not even retention can add it for you.

what i keep getting told is that my plan has to have unlimited txt/data... and guess what? sero does. but it's the wrong kind.

i hope this changes in the future. thanks for posting this, and everyone that answered! made this go alot faster for me! :-D

how did you order it? did you do it over the phone, or online?

i'm looking at my acct too, and it looks like whoever moved my phone to the sero plan, did a great job at extending my EDRP... 😳 😁
