Hello, I have a friend that the Mogul and it is always messing up and she can't send MMS so she is looking for a new better PDA phone that can send MMS to other cell phones, any suggestions?

The mogul actually is probably the most enabled phone carried in today's market since the new update from HTC.

She did try a download that was supposed to fix the MMS issue but now her phone is all messed up do you think that software update that you have would also fix this?

Try a master reset by pressing ##786# and go to reset and enter in the MSL (you have to get this from Sprint). After that install the new software update from HTC that came out a few weeks ago, as well as the WM6 update before you try the MMS update. I know it sounds like a lot of work but, all those updates give you alot more capability on the mogul like 1.4 Mb/s over the air Internet, easier use to manage applications, and a new background.
If none of this works, try to bring it into a service repair store and have a advance exchange done on is claiming it as a defective model.

....does not work any more or will not for much longer. if your still getting serivce with it great but dont expect this to work much longer. I tried to install on 3 different moguls. all 3 failed. save yourself from doing a hard reset and dont install this. this hack is posted on ppcgeeks.com and they admit it is not working due to sprint blocking it. don't ask why just blame sprint lol.
As far as which treo to get, personally i would get the 755 just becasue of keyboard and screen size however you did mention a female user and the keyboard would still work for her im sure. good luck hope this helps!
