Need help asap guys.

im on my moms business account. she works for kraft foods so she she gets a discount off our monthly bill. we have six lines and i just added my wife on as a 7th line. im the only one on the account that has the $49.99 sero plan. i ordered my wife the mogul over the phone on 01/05/08. i talked to the regular customer sales because i wanted to her phone on the $30 sero plan on my moms account. she said to me that she couldnt do it but said that i can change the plan to the sero plan when i call to activate the phone. she said that she would write that down as a note on the account that i wanted the sero plan for the mogul. now was she just BSing me or can i really change it to a sero plan when i call to activate this phone? also is it possibl...

There are special SERO #'s to call. I dont know it but if you PM Yean, I believe he has all the info to get you started on that. Or take a look around I know he has posted them before.

when you call to activat the Mogul, you should be able to get on the sero plan without much of a nisue.

Your brother's line is going to be a bit of a fight to get him on the sero plan because it's been a year. Care usually won't switch to sero after the first 30 days

yah cc cannot help you with the sero plan. we do not have access to those plans to set them up or change them.

Welp, do you see how these guys are telling you they cant get you the plan because their regular customer care? since its an Employee Referal Offer the Employee Accounts group would do it. Just tell em your situation. the number i gave to you is direct, because if i gave you the regular number, it asks to punch in your number. it then routes you to customer care so use that number i gave you to give them a call! 😉

ok this sucks. i just called sprint because i never got a confirmation email from them about the shipping of my phone that i ordered on saturday and now when i just called they tell me that i couldnt add on a new individual line to the account because i still had a balance on my account and so my order was canceled which got me a little unhappy because why couldnt they tell me that when i was ordering my phone. anyways so they send me over to sales and i get stuck with a girl from india. she tells me that i can get the phone for $399 with a new two year contract but...but if i sign up with a vision plan they will also send me a $100 rebate off the phone, a stupid rebate when it clearly says on the website that it goes for $299 without a reba...

Go to the SERO website www.sprint.com/sero and order the phone through there. It doesn't matter if its on your mom's acct, bc SERO plans don't qualify for additional discounts.

Lemme ask you this. Did you bill the phone to the account? Unfortunately you cant order thru Employee care. They'll transfer you to Employee Telesales. Whats your order number to further check into it, and also, did you order the phone with the lady from India? Im assuming no, but just have to ask.

no i specifically told her that i will pay for the phone with a credit card over the phone when i ordered it. i gave her my credit card number and she said that she put the order through and she also gave me the tracking number. i didnt get an email with the tracking number so i went on the ups website and checked it on there but it showed nothing. thats when i called sprint earlier this afternoon and they said the order was cancelled because i still had a balance on my account because we havent paid our bill yet.

would it still be best for me to order it and when i get it in, call in to activate it, port the number from verizon and then call employee care after activation to switch over to a sero plan? sorry for all the questions sprint...

Nah bro its kool no worries. We ship UPS and FedEx. Was your Order Number something along the lines of TM-ENTU-xxxxxxx ?
Im asking if thats your ORDER number. Not tracking. Im trying to figure something out...

Yeah i can tell the order was placed from General Sales. I would call the SERO line, set it up over the phone since you havent established it yet, and port the number. From there they'll set you up on the plan, set you with the Mogul for just $299.99. The number is 1-(88😎882-4030

Yeah man. That number can do it if you have an existing account. Its what it states on the website. I just checked. I copied and Pasted the info ---->>>

So the phone that we ordered this past saturday that sprint said was cancelled because we still had a balance on our account came in yesterday on wednesday with the phone that I ordered this past tueday. so now i have two moguls one working and one just sitting in the box. What should i do now? I dont think we got charged for the one ordered on saturday because it got cancelled but i dont know why the phone still came in. What should i do?

yeah there were two seperate numbers, but i sent one back already. Hey sprint_2007 i called that employee care number to put the new phone on a sero plan and he said that he wouldnt be able to do it, but i know they can do it. i wish they would be more willing to help out a customer who has seven phones on a account.

Customer care doesn't have access to SERO plans. I've heard of Account Services being able to switch it over.

in order to get a sero plan, you needs to place the order through the sero website, www.sprint.com/sero or sero telesales groups whose number is post on this web page above per customer cares instructions and this depends upon what type of phone you are ordering. Once a line is set up, it is not able to be changes to sero, also the point of sero is that a sprint employee has to refer you and you need their work email for validation purposes. also you would not be able to get your mothers kraft food discount in addition to the sero plan, one or the other. also employee care does not handle sero accounts, customer care is supposed to.

well i called sprint today because of my messed up phone bill. it was over $1000. i finally got the bill down to $319 which is where it is usually at monthly for our account. the lady asked me if i had anymore questions and i said yes i do.

Me-"Could you go over with me on the overages on the new phone we just activated on 01/08/08?
CS-"sure, i see that there are 100 txt messages at 20cents a message for a total of $20 dollars."
Me-"Really, but when we ordered the phone we put on the unlimited for $10 because i know the user is big into texting."
CS-"Well give me a sec and let me see what i can do about that sir.....actually its says on here that you would like to go on the $30 sero plan, would you still like to do that?"
