You cannot talk to Sprint executives, and there are more than one, AND there is no such thing as "Sprint Escalation".

It's not Sprint retentions, it is Excutive services.The number is 1-866-398-4606 fax number 888-765-1071

Or you can have Gary Forsee's number 703-433-4040 ( That's the CEO of Sprint )
