Input of your Sprint experience
Ok. I have T-Mobile right now and am thinking about switching over to Sprint. My biggest concern is over reception. Based on your experience with reception and Sprint, how would you rate it? I'd like to know in general what was good about Sprint and what was bad about it (not including issues w/ your phone).
The thing I like about T-Mobile is internet feature and the text messaging. It's the sms format, and I'm not sure what Sprint is like exactly, but I heard that you have to connect to a network or the internet to get your text messages; and I know I dont want to have to do that.

With regards to your question i may be able to answer your topic on reception only since i did not use the text messaging feature. I guess it depends on the metropolitan area that you are located, the bigger the merrier. I live in So. California, LA so coverage SHOULD be pretty decent. I was a long faithful customer of sprint for many years and i found that the reception was pretty decent that is until i switched to Verizon recently. Now, i really get to see the diff. With Sprint i would get a good percentage of dropped calls and there were pocket areas where i would not get a signal or a very poor signal. With Verizon, i find that not only i can be up in the mountains but also deep in the heart of downtown LA including inside the elev...
