SPRINT CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES
Question, how does one get about getting a job in the call center ? I know new INFORMATIVE customer reps would always be appreciated.

i work in a vendor center, and for me, it was easy as filling out the app, telling them i would be flexible, and peeing in a cup. dont know where youre at and wether there are any Sprint centers in your area, or possible any vendor sites, but i feel confident i speak for EVERYONE when i say that informed reps are DEFINITELY always welcomed.
