working at sprint
I see that you guys love working at Sprint. What job do you work at where after 1 year everybody has to take a pay cut? This is the worst company. You never get paid the correct commission, and you have to dispute everything for months. I'm glad they lost the law suit and now how a non chargeback policy, it makes turning customers easy. Working for Sprint is terrible. Wait till it's time for layoffs, you work for a company for year and then they repay you by laying you off. And yes, everybody got a pay cut in March of 10% or greater, this increased commission benefited only len lauer.

sprint in the past has cust some jobs. what they did is they basically cut a lot of fat out of the orginization. as well as cuit out some departments that were underperforming. for example they cut out the call centers becuase sprint had the worst rap for phoen customerservice. and i am glad they layed all those people and went with ibm. they have done wonders for other companies call centers and they will for sprint. sprint is makeing a big effert to really turn around that bad call enter rap.
what it copmes down to is if you perform they will keep you. i know people whos department was shut down but because they performed they were transfered else where.
