SANYO 8400
If anyone else has the 8400 or works for Sprint, do you have/know of any problems with the 8400 freezing up while attempting to send picture mail? Mine does it frequently and I have to take the battery out, or it has a 5-7 second delay on any menu I try to open. I love the phone, but it lagging and freezing up is getting quite annoying.

try a firmware update. that might fix the problem if there is an update available for your 8400.
but to answer your question, no i haven't seen that problem yet with the 8400. gimme a second tho, lemme look in KMS...

ok... KMS doesn't have anything on it, so it's not a known issue right now either. so if you don't have a firmware update... is your phone more or less than 30 days? if it's less, then get it exchanged, if it's over, call sanyo, see if they will do anything for ya.

Thanks, well i just tried to update it, i look every week for updates. and it says "Checking for updates..." then goes directly to "To update your phone at a later time..blah blah"
so yeah, ill look into it more later though. One more questions...Motorola came into the game while i was gone from SPrint, the Sprint RAZR differ in quality, or anything of the sort in comparison to other carriers?

only difference is the UI. alot of ppl are saying the Sprint UI is stronger than other carriers, and therefore the phone is stronger. i however don't care. i still don't like the RAZR or KRZR. i think they're both crap.

Its a hybrid of the Moto UI and the Sprint UI. I like it. I don't think the phone is crap.

the razor is crap and the krzr is just a more expesnive piece of it. only difference is the media controls that dont even really work. i call the the hyundai of the cell phone workld they look cute and everyone drives them but deep down they are piles of crap

i sell five times more katanas and blades and m500's and fisucs and all those phones together dont eqaul the amount of razrs and krazrs i have seen returned

I see krzr phones returned, buyers remorse over cost usually, but never see returns on the RAZR, I have 6 personally with friends and family, and they all perform great, if I could ever find a modem nai workaround I would be happy.
