Ok, lets start...
I bought a Micro-SD USB adapter for my computer (put Micro-SD card into the adapter, then plug adapter into PC Via USB port)
Well i did this and i opened the External Hardware folder in "My Computer", and in that folder there were a few sub-folders. On said "Motorola", the other said "music". So i opened the music folder, and in that folder was a Windows Media file (it was a windows media file because windows media player is my default) that was called "All My Music". Now when the micro-SD card is in the phone and i go to my music player, "all my music" is where all your music is stored (duhhh). So my problem is i dont know what to do, because when i put an MP3 from my PC into the music folder, it didnt show up in "...

all you have to do is format your card in your phone, and when you put it in the computer, put all your music files in just the "music" folder, ignore the motorola and all my music. once you done that you can play all your music in your phone. once you do to "all my music" in your phone then you can see your files. let me know if you need help on anything, and if this works.
...
what do you mean by format my card in my phone? And how do i do that? thanks for your help by the way 🙂
...
on your menu go to securities. it will prompt you to enter in a password which is the last 4 of your phone number. then go to format card. this will erase everything on your card and format it, after that is done you can then go to the music to reload the "all my music" "motorola" and "music" folders, but if you have that on your phone already then you dont have to worry about it. formating the card gives your card more space and saves a lot of it too.
...
will this erase music that i have already bought from the sprint music store?
...
yes it will, but since you got music on your card already and you can load music and listen to it, your good to go.

To the best of my knowledge no one thus far has answered your question. If that is wrong please ignore. I have never used a Moto music phone but have had several Samsung and Sanyo models and they both work the same. For those phones you put the music in the Media folder, I assume it is in the Music folder for your Moto. The phone is picky about the file types that it plays. It will only accept .mp3 files. It will ignore any .wma files as well as anything else it doesn't know how to use, a.k.a. video's. You should simply put the .mp3 files in the music/media folder and then they should appear in the phone. Let us know if this did not solve to problem and I can grab a KRZR from work and try it out.
