What is Sprint's problem????
I bought the blade and it would shut off on its own. I brought it in to exchange it and no problem, the sprint store came through. Well the second phone did the same thing so I tried to exchange it for the exact same phone and they said no! I was so mad I immediately went to verizon to port my number over....they said i have 15 days to exchange it as many times as is needed.....seems to me verizon is more customer oriented....
...
whoever told you that you can exchange it as many times as you want was wrong... you can exchange up to 3 times... unless the phone is defective and they can replicate the problem.

Sales tactics =)
yeah and we'll give you a free phone every 2 months if your a really really good customer!
...
Im not sure if the exchange 3 times may count for defects.. but if you just change your mind, you get one shot, no more than 1 exchange.
And, because everyone here tries to "know better".. Ill read it off of a receipt.
"If equipment is exchanged within 14 (now 30) days, the exchange becomes the final sale and no further exchanges will be permitted"
...
where do you get the idea that Verizon is any better?
...
Agreed...I'd go to T-Mobile before I tried my luck again with Verizon! Unfortunately, that's not saying much.... 😎
