I love the looks and feel, the UI is not as intuitive as other phones, in the same genre. screen is miniscule. Its an eye catcher though.

I work for Sprint, we got a shipment. I think its cool, I put my transflash and played some videos, sluggish os in that form. but does thumbnail previews. I haven't had Alltel or Verizon's next to it, spent a couple minutes with it, and couldn't figure how to play Mp3s off the transflash. But it wasn't active so it might be with music store

🤭 , why did sprint change the look, its all black and the others have silver trim around it .. should had known... and i'm willing to bet the ring tones are the same old junk, for the money its not worth it and sprint really needs to wake up

We just got our shipment in a day or two ago as well.. To get the mp3's to work you have to create a Music folder on the transflash card. After that its just drag and drop. And no, it doesn't say tht anywhere in the manual... Motorola blows. 😛

I got a music folder w/ the White Album in it. I just didn't see where to open the Music.

It uses the Music Store MP3 player exclusively so far as I can tell... It goes right there so you don't need to be online to use it though.

MOST phones require your personal mp3s to be put in the MEDIA folder.

I am not impressed, the screen is small, its sluggish moving through picture menus, cant play mp3s from media player (only music store), and the front shows finger prints like a mofo... Im not recommending it to any customers... too bad theyll still buy it, fusic or 8400 is a much better value
