I was just checking to see if anyone had any guesses on HOW bad Sprint’s numbers are going to in Q3.

I will just say that the upcoming quarters will not be that good for the company. There are still on going issues so it might take a few quarters in order to turn the problem around.

During the current reporting quarter, they are getting rid of their sub-prime credit customers, which will/should increase the churn. I will not give out the numbers so we will have to wait.

If last month was any indication, it's going to be horribly flipping bad.

I think we have quite a bit working against us for the forth quarter, but there is another marketing blitz coming down the line that should counteract some of the handicaps we have assigned ourselves. We've upped the credit qualifications on both the iDen and CDMA side (iDen side was done a few months back actually). We've also raised the text and vision packages for secondary family lines to match that of primary lines, where as before it was half price. When i first read we were doing this I could have sworn I heard Carlos Mencia say "deet dee dee".

However we have launched a huge internal campaign to improve our customer service (yes even Sprint employees are aware of the fact our C/S isn't all that great).

Frankly I think its pretty bad when you can't get a straight answer from a CS rep on the phone, let alone be able to understand them. Whoever is the first level CS support for sprint sucks...maybe sprint should have people that speak english fluently and are from the states.

The phones that Sprint offer are subpar and nothing new from Sprint is coming out except maybe a new phone every 6 months. Looking at Tmobile and Verizon, they offer more phones and better rates.

Get some new attractive phones sprint and while you're at it, make it so some of us can have our phones display in military time...please.

Well you just have to remember many reps out there are confused with policies and things and this is not just with Sprint because it is with every carrier.

Sprint actually comes out with new phones and new technology a lot of the time. Check out the new Motorola phones that are coming out that are coming this month, this year, and next year.
