Giving A Little Recognition To Reps.
🙂 This post is for all the people who actually do a good job helping their customers and making a good example for their company. There is too much bashing going around these forums and everyone seems to want to blame the reps like we have control over any carrier's policies.
I wanted to take some time to give some props for my follow reps caught in the middle taking crap from both sides of the job they do. Sometimes not every customer is a pleasure to help and your bosses can give you stress disorders but hopefully you just one drink away from peace. 😉

Thank's for the thread, I'm a Noobie RCC at Sprint, and coming to learn what you say to be true, don't get me wrong love working here it is fun, and most the people are nice to have as customer's. Working about 2 week's.
