Any Sprint Execs Out There?

First of all let me say that I believe the Sprint network to be the best. Not the biggest, but the best. No other carrier can offer what Sprint is offering and make it all work so well.
The issue I want to raise is a customer service issue. Sprint wants to do so much on the website, So how about if customers can request credits for billing issues on the website?
There could be a standard form that would require the customer to document specific reasons. Then if the system can approve credit amounts automatically a text message or email could be sent automatically.
Most times customers request credits are because of activation errors on SprintFast, issues in CSA changes and Free and Clear America not added properly to the account.

i'm at work right now 😁 have you actually tried suggesting that through the site (sprintpcs.com)? because in the bottom right hand corner there is a feed back link...but oh god...i hate customer care and i love being a national account/business telesales rep 😎
