Can't buy anything through Sprint.

I have the a920 and when i go to buy anything through vision, i can't. I go to the main downloads page and it refreshes everytime i click on anything. Then when i go online and do it, it says that this content is not available for your phone.

I have the A940 and that happened to me and my boy and he has the A920.

This is what I do.

When you launch you Internet do the following.

Menu

Scroll down and select: MORE

Scroll down and select: PREFERENCES

Scroll down and select: Cookies

CLEAR THE COOKIES

Scroll back and select: REVERT TO DEFAULT

This should fix it for now.... It fixed ours.

I was doing that and it worked for a while, but it didn't last. it was doing it again, but it works fine now, i guess it was the network, but thanks for the input.

Sprint is currently doing maintance on the website. Downloads and picturemail aren't working. It should be back on by the end of the day.

My girlfriend has the 920 and she has had the same problem since I got her the phone back in Dec. Deleting the cookies is what the techs here at my store suggested, and I have seen it fix some phones. However it didnt resolve the issue on my girlfriend's phone. I've also seen deleting the cookies work for a bit then the problem comes back and you need to do it everytime you try to download stuff. Another way around it is just go sprint.com on your PC.

I had the same problem. You need to speak to technical support over the phone, and have them rebuild your content manager. Thats what I had to do, and now everything works like it should.
