Sprint GSM phones???
I was at Sprint yesterday and over heard a Sprint tech tell a customer that there are some GSM phones that are capable of being used on the Sprint network. If this is so..whos making them and what phones are these? What info or opinion do you guys have on this?

There are no GSM phones currently that work on the Sprint network. There is a phone on the Verizon network that is a GSM/CDMA phone.

1. It is rumored that Sprint may carry the Samsung A790 GSM/CDMA phone by the end of the year.
2. You can currently get a SIM card from Sprint linked to your account, which you can use in GSM phones for overseas roaming.
