am looking to change the company that I work for. I currently sell cell phones now and was wondering how well sprint pays it's sales people. Do you get paid straight commission or is there a base salary as well?


what i know that they get paid both.you get more money buy activating new account.

you should try posting in the new "shop talk" forum. rich created it for employees of wireless companies. you may get a better response from all companies to see who you would like to go work for.

You get paid commission and hourly. As an ex-employee of Sprint, I would recommend NEVER working for them. Everytime they restructure they pay criteria, for some reason the reps keep making less each time.
