reconnect fee
I am currently with another company and I forgot to pay my bill one month while I was in the hospital. I know this was my responsibility so I did pay the reconnect fee but it was $36.00 per line. I have 4 lines!!!! $148 dollars! sheesh kind of steep... what is the sprint reconnect fee per line?

There is no reconnect fee. Just pay your balance and the phone is back on in 2-12 hours.
The question of course is was your service suspended or cancelled? If it was only suspended (temporarily interrupted) then any carrier who charges a reconnect fee is really reaching for cash. If it was cancelled because of an extended period of time being suspended then many carriers have a reconnect fee that is over and above the unpaid balance. It is usually equal to the activation fee.
Sometimes they can be talked into waiving it.
