Is Treo ready?
I received a Treo 600 from amazon.com, but that was not what I ordered. While I was told I can keep it, I plan to sell it. Is their a contract tied to the phone at the moment? Its certainly not under my name if there is. Can I just sell it like it is?

Amazon.com usually sells their phones with a mail in rebate that you send off after you activate service. The best way to see if you can sell your treo would be to call sprint at 888-211-4727 and have them check the electronic serial number to see if it is activated. If not, they usually sell for $400 or so on eBay!
