Data Usage I Never Used

I was really upset with Sprint a couple of months ago. I usually rave about their service and their customer service never seemed bad. Then I got some stupid thing in the mail saying I could get a free upgrade. I went in and they sold me some phone (free after mail in rebate) and I still hate this piece of fail. I sometimes wish someone WOULD steal it, so then they could be cursed with this piece of fail instead of me.

Then I get my first bill with some $50 activation fee, which would have been fine, if they had told me there was going to be one. That was a surprise headache I didn't need and then the next bill came along saying I owed $72 for data usage! I don't use my phone to go online, that is what my laptop is for. So how the heck d...

Wow, a member since June 13th with two posts, neither of them "raving" about Sprint.

This is why I don't come around much anymore.

No such thing... maybe a $36 fee. I believe they use signature pads in store. Some people don't like to read the fine print.
