Slow 3G Internet Speed in P.R

I have been a Sprint customer for about 10 years now but as of recent the service in P.R has changed for the bad. Dropped calls, sms messages do not arrive & slowwwwww internet speed. When I call customer care they indicate there are no issues whatsoever. Anybody with some inside info will be apreciated

Maintenance or upgrades. And strangely when you call in CS doesn't know. I believe only if enough people call in and complain about the same area will they take note.
Ride it out and see if things get better or go into a store and talk to them.

Let's see...you've been a Sprint customer for 10 years & a forum member for 10 days. My sources in P.R. say the service is good everywhere you go.

My biggest problem is Internet Speed is almost always slow (100-200 kbps) on average. Only when I get home (I have an Airaive) I get a good connection & Awsome internet speeds (1.5 mbps).

...Sprint doesn't sell the Airave in Puerto Rico. Go troll someplace else!

Your right. The AIRAIVE isn't sold neither at Sprint stores or Sprint.com. It can only be obtained thru Retention dpt for customers who suffer from lack of converge.

If Sprint maintains you have no coverage issues where you live, why would they ship you an Airrave anyway? This makes less & less sense as it goes on.

My friend....where I live at I usaually averaged 3-4 bars. When AT&T purchased Centennial PR coverage was affected big time. After that my coverage was an average of 1-2 bars. With the Airave have full bars in my house.
