Customer Service

This is absolutely ridiculous, I remember there was a day and time. Where SprintPcs had the worst customer service ever, and they said they would get better, which I have seen.

But now, they don't get smart with customers anymore but they are all dumb and don't know what they are doing.

OH AND DON'T SPEAK UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH (GOOD ENGLISH).

Recently, I bought a Sanyo 5600 like April 16th, and when I bought it, I requested the Multimedia Package, which is $30. It includes Unlimited Vision, Unlimited Ready Link, Unlimited Pictures/Videos, and 100 text Messages.

They told me if I wanted Unlimited Text Message, I would have to pay $5 dollars, I said cool add it.

On the 18th I was unable to to access my Sprint E-mail. I called ...

my friend, i suggest taking it easy.

i am sure they have notes for you of what they were supposed to do. if you remember those days tell customer care about that. if you want say you want a refund, or threaten to leave.

i would say do a few things.

1. call up customer service. explain to them the situation.
2. if they cant help ask to speak to a supervisor.
3. if they cant help then threaten to leave.

it works. 🙂

just be patient and talk slowly to the customer service reps. easy and calm.

Also, call during the day time. When you call at night is when it usually gets sent out to India, calling during the day will usually stay in the states.

Thanks guys, cause I swear I was about to blow my top. I called during the day and got someone who spoke understanding english. they were able to help me and get it fixed.

I too am frustrated by the lack of good english speaking representatives. I called to change my plan with sprint today and just got too frustrated. I had to tell the lady to not make any changes because I was afraid that she was going to mess up that fantastic retention plan I have!!! 😁

I don't understand why you felt the need to commit on my sentence structure, in a negative way. Normally I would commit back negatively but not today. For the record, I have a college education I know how to structure a sentence. This is a forum, I am not getting graded by a professor. I made that commit in this forum to get help, which I did receive. So thank you to the people that helped. I appreciate it.
