Hey i was told yesterday by a rep that there was no fee at all for trying Sprints service out for 30 days. Now however is there any hidden charges i may get hit with? Because i want to give it a try but dunno if i want to get smacked with anything in the end.

Well, let's clarify a bit... The Sprint Free Guarantee is that you have 30-days after service activation to decide if you like the service or not; if not, and you decide to cancel, Sprint will refund monthly charges and activation fees that were charged to your account, so that it essentially cost you nothing to try the service. If you decide to keep the service, the regular charges apply.

Now, some things will not be creditted; any overage or pay-as-you-go usage charges, international calls, or premium downloads (ringtones, games, wallpapers, etc) will still be charged to the account.

Yeah all i was gonna try to do when to try the service out for a bit, and i was not gonna do any over charges on the bill until i MAY make the switch to them. Now if i am doing a trial thing with them which plan is the best to go with? The Everything data or Simply Everything?

Also are their CS as good as they make it out to be? Has their towers really improved since years ago?

If it looks like the 450 isn't enough, go up to 900 or Simply Everything; so long as the bill hasn't come out yet, they can always backdate to cover overage.

Customer Service improvements aren't just Sprint's claim; surveys taken by independant companies agree. Sprint has improved dramaticly, and is only behind Verizon. I theorize this is due to N...

No everyone is lying when we came in 2nd (damn near a tie) to Verizon for fewest dropped calls. Sprint hasn't made a single improvement to their towers in 5 yrs.

/sarcasm (for the inevitable idiots who couldnt tell)
