upgrades... Help!
I have a question..Come July 1st i am able to get my full upgrade to $150 upgrade..im dying to get the evo. Right now i have the $75 upgrade. I went into radio shack and they said there was nothing they could do for me. If i go and buy the evo from sprint could they give me the 150 in advance or would i have to wait til july 1st? Or should i call customer service?? đ

The strict policy is wait until your upgrade is available 7/1. Unless you speak to telesales and throw a fit and ask for a supervisor there, where they may allow you to get that full upgrade 2 weeks early. I've seen it happen.
I work for telesales. You don't necessarily have to throw a fit, đ¤Ŗ as long as the phone is broken, we can honor a 14 day early upgrade. OR, you might wanna try Retentions and ask for a one month early upgrade. đ
So, maybe corporate stores can do it. Based on the above, sounds like they can, and so a store would be the way to go. Don't expect us to be able to do it over the phone, at least in my department, we cannot.
If they are a 3rd party retailer, or indirect dealer, it will probably be labeled as such. For example the name of the company under the Sprint sign or on the business cards the employees hand out. The other way is to call Sprints customer care and ask what corporate stores they have near your location. Hope it helps.....
