Relay calls
have any of you had a relay call??? i really hate them, it takes 20 min to do something that should only take 5. plus i had this operator that was so slow at typing that i kept having to repeat myself and before was done speaking, the customer was asking "hello???" ugh so crap.

yeah. you would think that since your a phone rep you'd be able to work with fellow phone reps just fine. and why is that reps from other departments are suck a-holes? dude i wouldn't be calling or transferring to you if i could do it in my department. do your job and take this damn call.

Never had that problem with Sprint's Relay service.

I'm not a fan of relay calls, but they are a necessary evil.
But REALLY isn't this a SHOP TALK kind of discussion. My personal feelings about other departments do not belong in a forum designed for current or prospective customers.
