Samsung Momentand Data Plan

Hi there, can anyone tellme if I have a Moment with an everything family data plan, and have received the rebate is it possible to downgrade to a data premier add on or even a data pro pack add on or any cheap data plan? Is it even possible to get the data stopped all together and just use it as a regular phone? I don't use the navigation and internet as I can use the wifi from home. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I need tosave some money on the monthly bill as unemployment is here.

To be honest, there's not much you can do to change the plan if you have the Moment. The only plans compatible are the Eberything Data share Family plans and also the Everything Data individual. PM me with ur number and i'll see what I can do

It's NOT possible. Why would you even give false hope like that? All of the current PDAs with the exception of WinMo phones or old Palm OS phones require one of the new Everything Data plans. Sorry but you are SOL. If you want a cheaper plan you need a different phone. The reason being is, even if you don't realize it, those phones do always use the internet (wireles back up, etc.) So you "just wanting to use wifi" doesn't work and will end up probably costing you more in Per/kb data charges. I've seen it happen when "reps" who think they are helping try to skirt the system & it just f**ks things up more.

trust me I have ways of helping. I've been with the company for 5 years, and I'm not some 3rd party rep in a kiosk at the mall who doesn't know what he's doing. If you need help, PM me. If not, it's your choice.

Well i call bull s**t, prove it, tell everyone how you work this miracle..i've been with sprint 5 yrs too and your exactly what the problem with sprint was in the past, over promise under deliver. When it comes to the new plans, there are no ways around it with the moment or any phone like it..and if by some chance you do trick the system into doing something it shouldnt, not only will you probably cost the customer random charges, but anytime they go into a store NOBODY will be able to help them because the system will make the store reps fix the clusterf**k that you caused. Your the reason customers come into the store and get pissed off because they were promised ridiculous things over the phone & then nobody in the store can honor the st...
