Sprint Plans

Compared to other carriers, Sprint doesn't have as many options for different plans. As a Sprint customer, are your needs satisfied? Would you like more options? Would you consider switching and paying more for these options?
(I'm trying a business analysis about Sprint Nextel, and I would appreciate only serious responses. Thank you!)

Sprints has the best value in wireless. 'Nuff said 😉
Sprint has everything you need and more, I think they have priced the plans, and added the features perfectly!

I would consider fewer minutes (1000) for the "Everything Data Family" & "Everything Messaging Family" with a ~$15 drop in price compared to the 1500 minute plans.
This might appeal more to families who have members who do not call much (and usually when they do, it's to others in the same plan).
Additionally, a number of families/people have dropped their landlines. And thus with Sprint's "Any Mobile, Anytime", most minutes are not being used.

dude sprint can work something out for your business i mean what do you really need we have talk plans, talk and text plans, and talk text and data plans we also have anytime anymobile so you wont need as many minutes thus saves you monay bro 😎

There are a number of problems with lowering the bill and the minutes of the new plans. First yes it would be nice but the end result would be terrible. The value that you already get is awsome. If you start to lower it anymore sprint would make enough money to upgrade the system. Also all of customer service would be affected with the decrease in money coming in would result in CS making even less. That of course would make and CS expereince even worse. Sprint is going in the right direction with the plans and dont need to touch a thing. The customer base has grown in a huge percentage ever since these plans came out. Dont fix whats not broke. If you want a better value that what you can get now with sprint you wont find it in the US. Espei...
