Any Mobile Any Time and Roaming Question
To my understanding if you start a call in a Sprint area and end the call in a roaming area the entire call is rated in network and you get the benefit of AMAT.

If you start a call on the sprint network and move to roaming it will drop the call it does not seamlessly handoff to the roaming network so..... This should not be possible
