I really don't see the point in these comparisons. In my view, they are completely different phones with different targets. Are you a teenager with an excessive amount of media that NEEDS to be accessed at all times and no business responsibilities? 3GS if you can afford it. Do you need to be able to actually do anything business related while still having some media on hand? Then Pre.
For business needs I swear by the Blackberries. Push email, Documents To Go, Internet browser, need I say more?
I still think Sprint should have gone after an exclusivity on the BB Tour. It's going to be the BB Bold's main competiter, and had Sprint snagged an exclusivity on it, I think they would have s...

If anything AT&T has RIM right now, given that the Bold is far and away better than the Storm.
We have the Pearl, Pearl Flip, Global Phone, Storm, Curve, and soon the Tour.
AT&T has the Bold, Pearl, (2)Curves, and the Global phone.
And there is nothing wrong with the Storm. The new OS on it makes it work better. It's just something you want to complain about.
The Storm 2 will be much better, and we are geting the Atlas and the Tour. 3 New BB's we are for sure geting.
Not to forget HTC Touch Pro 2, HTC Snap (which the Verizon verison will have WiFi), and Android.

thats better- yet they signed up a million peeps last quarter with the lowest churn of any carrier.
Let's see, if you sell lots and lots of something, that equals quality?
I guess the iPhone is the world's greatest cellphone then using that logic. 🙄

biter biter sucks to be with sprint eh? must get tiring gushing all day about how great sprint is only to run up against walls of hate. sprint has treated their customers like crap and deserve their terrible reputation. but but but i pay less than you 🙄
Let's dub Kayslay the "Sprint B*tch"
Phone Companies make contract with phone makers... for a certain amount of time.
I think Apple has one with at&t for the first 5 years
Brag on that. 😁
Anyone notice the new Apple TV Ad's for the iPhone 3G S? It doesn't say AT&T only... Makes ya wonder... 🤨

And I think all the exclusive stuff is about to go away with this new FCC person.

Personally, I am all for no more exclusivity agreements, it's bad practice. I think the little guys like U.S. Cellular should have a shot at carrying new devices, instead of having to wait 2 years or more.
Let the people decide!
I think if there's one thing that pretty much all of us can agree on, it's that this is a really stupid waste of government time and money and an overstepping of their bounds.

not if you are a terrorists merging us into socialism then communism while spending more money and losing over half the nation entire wealth 👿
So spending more money is a bad thing? Like on your cell phone service?
Check. Mate.

To your points... I have the same email accounts on my BB and my pre.. 90% of the time, Im getting notified on my pre first.
I have docs to go on my pre, its on from the factory
And the browser.. there is abosolutely NO comparison of the browser on these devices, and no one will dispute that.
The ONLY things I give my BB the edge on is battery life and customization.
The OS on the blackberries is just outdated and offers no wow factors anymore.. but I still love mine, and the value is unmatched.
