A good MGR does not need a base salary.

ehh Jesus guys , just wondering.... in sales or not everyone has a lower or higher base pay.

everyone including me knows if ur in sales / manager ur bread and butter is comission.....

depends on your backround, you can look from 40-50k salary alone.

Dont worry about them, they are just idiot sales reps who know no better.
