advice greatly depends on what your interviewing for. if its for some type of management position, then a plan of action is preferred, and possibly something that can be done at your location,(other locations), to help out the company. some thinking outside the box helps. i.e. at your location you will have all employees partner with a local business for all their needs, partner with a local business such as a bank to have some type of sign set up to show them that being a customer there can get them a discount with us. just be yourself with everything else, depending on how long you have been with the company, you shouldnt have to worry about not being able to answer the questions that the panel may have. good luck and let us know how it go...

oh cool, with that position they are going to look for how long you have been with the company compared to the others who apply, then they will look at how you meet your measurables, how much you exceed them as well as how consistent you are meeting them. leadership is the something they will look at as well, how well do you interact with the other employees. you will be the one to go to for escalations as well so they will also be looking at how you react with the customers as well. again, knowledge is power! theres nothing like experience and knowing how to use it. good luck with your interview and hoping to hear that you get it thursday!
