I hate to say it people, but with customer service improving and recent self help options customer's have at their disposal, I can understand the rationality of Sprint closing down various call centers. I feel the first ones for closure should be the third party vendor ones. Cut the partnerships with then and keep the jobs in the US or no farther North than Canada. At Canadians for the most part speak English I can understand.

no i don't think so, there's nothing wrong w/ vendor centers...i do the same job you do, just as good or better. and i can sort of understand its a money game even though peoples lives are effective. but the fact remains the same...its cheaper to opperate in other countries. my job went to the pillipenes. your job probably went to mexico or other companies where it cost pennies in comparison to run. personally i make 11.80 an hour. our callcenter bills sprint 25. so it makes sense. trouble is learning to accept it.
